    Kent Crago has over 30 years of experience with Shell, Phibro Energy, Anderman Smith, and British Petroleum. He began his career with Shell in the United States where he held various roles over 15 years. He moved the Phibro where he was the Senior Financial Projects manager of the White Nights project in Siberia. He joined Anderman Smith where he held the roles of Deputy Director and CFO of Chernogorskoye in Siberia. Prior to joining Delta Hydrocarbons, Kent lead projects re-engineering financial processes and accelerating the corporate consolidation at British Petroleum's Russian joint venture, TNK-BP. In these roles, he was responsible for an extensive range of financial and planning functions, including reporting, controllership, corporate finance, project finance, investment and business strategy, tax and information systems.
