Frederik Rijkens

 Frederik Rijkens, the Delta CEO, has spent 23 years in the industry of which the last 13 years with Total E&P and 10 years with Unocal. Until early 2006 he was General Manager of the $3.5 billion Usan FPSO project for Nigeria. Previous experience includes negotiation of new business development opportunities in Australia and the Middle-East, as well as the negotiation for joint development of three deepwater fields in the U.S. GOM and the management of this $650 million Canyon Express project. Earlier experience includes management of an onshore development/revamp project in Nigeria, reservoir engineering, pre-project, production operations and asset management responsibilities in the North Sea and Thailand.

Matthew Dahan

 Matthew Dahan, Delta's Technical Director has spent 22 years in the petroleum industry. Prior to joining Delta, Matthew spent the last 6 years with Saudi Aramco leading the development of the Qatif-Abu Sa'fah Mega project, an 800,000 BOPD development project that included the drilling of more than 250 horizontal wells. This $4.0 billion dollar project is one of the largest ever undertaken by the oil industry. Matthew worked 15 years with Mobil Oil Corporation where he served as business advisor and reservoir engineer for projects in Venezuela, Italy and California. He has extensive experience in virtually all types of recovery mechanisms including waterflooding, gas injection, steamflooding and insitu combustion. Earlier industry experience includes asset optimization and production/completion engineering assignments.
