Trefoil
- Trefoil was created in 2000 to focus on the development and exploitation of oil and gas properties in Argentina through its wholly-owned subsidiary Petrolero El Trebol SA
- The company was listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange in December 2005
- Delta made a public offer in April 2008 to acquire the outstanding shares of the company and the company was de-listed in August 2008 to use it as a platform to pursue further growth opportunities in partnership with Smedvig Capital and Austral Property Holding
- Trefoil currently has net production in excess of 4500 b/d and operates several oil fields in the Mendoza Province in Argentina
